Assessments are due on the first day of each month. A late fee of $50 is assessed if we have not received your payment by the 15th. For your convenience, Stratford Lakes offers a free program in which your monthly assessment payment is automatically deducted from your checking account between the 8th and 10th day of each month. This ensures that you don't have to worry about payments being received on time. Simply complete this form and submit it to Stellar Properties along with a voided or blank check for the account you wish us to debit. You can enroll in this program at any time, but the form must be received by the last day of the month prior to the month you wish to begin your automatic payments. If you submit this form, and you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Stellar Properties immediately.
You may send a check for your assessments each month. There are two ways to do this: mailing a manual check yourself, or sending a check through your bank's online billpay system. For manual checks, please be sure to include a payment coupon with your check to ensure proper processing. If you are using your bank's online billpay system, please understand that your bank mails a physical check to our processing center. This is NOT an electronic funds transfer, so it will take several days for us to receive the payment. You also have the option of paying your monthly assessment using the Association's bank's online payment system. There is a new CAB website and you will need to re-register if you use this system. You may pay using a credit/debit card or checking account. Please note, there is a fee for all card payments. There is no fee for payments using your checking account.

Unit ID: This is your account number, which is comprised of your address number followed by the first three letters of your street name. For example, if you live at 450 Seneca Trail, your account number is 450SEN. Please contact Stellar Properties if you need further instruction.
